2012 FITZSQUASH DOWN UNDER SCHEDULE (9-22 JULY)

During our 2012 Summer Camp the kids will not only get the 'best of the best' coaching resources but also travel around Australia and see the beauty of the country.

Whilst travelling, all kids will be fully supervised by Sarah and her coaching team.

We recommend you meet Renato in LAX on 7th July and fly on Qantas A380 to Melbourne. Please note you cross the international date line and lose a day in the air and land on 9th. Sarah and Cameron will meet you at Melbourne airport. All other flight details will be provided once you sign up so you can make one booking for internal flights.

9th - 12th July - Melbourne Schedule

In Melbourne you will ride the trams, train at Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre for training (Venue for 2006 Commonwealth Games), visit the city, and much more.

  • 9th - Arrive into Melbourne - check in, 1 x training at MSAC
  • 10th - 2 x training at MSAC
  • 11th - 2 x training at MSAC
  • 12th - 1 x training at MSAC, fly to NSW

13th - 15th July - Coffs Harbour

All kids attending the camp will be registered to take part in the NSW Junior Championships to play against some of the top junior players of Australia of their age group.

  • 13th - NSW Junior Championships 
  • 14th - NSW Junior Championships
  • 15th - NSW Junior Championships

16th - 18th July - Uluru & Kata Tjuta

Uluru (Ayers Rock) is one of Australias main attractions centered in the middle of the country and Kata Tjuta (The Olgas) is nearby.  We will be able to look and climb on to the top of the 'rock' and thru the The Olgas.

  • 16th - Fly to Uluru (Ayers Rock)
  • 17th - Visit Australias Wonder of the World' - Uluru (Ayers Rock) and Kata Tjuta (The Olgas) - off court training
  • 18th - Visit Australias 'Wonders of the World' - Uluru (Ayers Rock) and Kata Tjuta (The Olgas), fly to Sydney

19th - 21st July - Sydney & Katoomba

In Sydney you will see the Sydney Harbour BridgeOpera House, and much more. Whilst in Katoomba we will visit the Katoomba National Park to see The Three Sisters and the country side. 

  • 19th - 2 x training at Willoughby Squash Centre, visit Manly
  • 20th - 2 x training at Willoughby Squash Centre
  • 21st - Visit Katoomba National Park
 
 

22nd July - Say your goodbyes

Unfortunately this will be the end of the camp and this morning we will give the kids the opportunity to say their goodbyes to each other and swap emails, facebook etc. so they can continue to talk and stay friends.
